In addition to its premier Northern Liberties location, adjoining the vibrant neighborhood of Fishtown, these stylish apartment homes include modern features and exceptional amenities unlike anything you’ve ever seen.
Piazza Alta approached us with an urgent request on a tight timeline to deliver on a new film & video marketing campaign to drive awareness and generate sales. Faced with fierce competition in the luxury rental property market in Philadelphia, they needed a series of video commercials that highlighted all the unique Italian-inspired features and amenities in a distinctly compelling way.
Drawing inspiration from the beloved film character Gustav H. from the Wes Andersen film The Grand Budapest Hotel, we developed a creative marketing campaign concept based on an overtly Italian character that is both quirky and sophisticated, unfiltered and obsessed with all things Piazza Alta. We sourced talent, wrote detailed scripts, coordinated production schedules and filmed on site to capture a wide variety of content needed for the campaign.
