A change of pace from typical Philadelphia high rises, The Irvine redefined living by recycling and reusing the years of history embedded in the building and transforming them into unique living spaces.
Challenges
Shining light on a shadowed corner of University City once riddled with unsavory behavior by painting a picture of rejuvenation while respecting the locals who still call this neighborhood home.
Results
Our intuitive web experience was designed to hand prospective residents the information they needed on a silver platter, without downplaying all the building has to offer. We tied it all together with renderings that would stick with potential residents as a one of a kind opportunity.
